Ultrasonic PCB Cleaning Fluid – Solder & Flux Removal Concentrate (5 Litre)
Professional ultrasonic cleaning fluid formulated for the effective removal of solder flux residues, contaminants and processing deposits from printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic assemblies. Supplied as a concentrated solution for dilution with deionised water and use in ultrasonic cleaning baths.

Ultrasonic cleaning of PCBs and electronic assemblies

Batch and repeat ultrasonic cleaning processes

Always test on a sample board before full production use.
Ultrasonic Cleaning Instructions (Recommended Process)
Dilute concentrate with deionised water up to 1:8, depending on contamination level.
Fill ultrasonic bath and heat to 30°C – 50°C.
Submerge PCB assemblies fully.
Run ultrasonic cycle for 3–10 minutes.
Remove boards immediately once the cycle completes.
IMPORTANT – Post Cleaning Rinse & Drying (Critical Step)
Immediately rinse with isopropyl alcohol (IPA) after ultrasonic cleaning.
Dry thoroughly using clean, oil-free compressed air.
This step is essential to prevent mineralisation, residue build-up and corrosion on electrical connections.
Failure to perform IPA rinsing and proper drying may result in mineral deposits and long-term reliability issues.
