ULTRASONIC CLEANING FLUID — HEAVY DUTY FORMULA (5 LITRE)
A professional-strength ultrasonic cleaning concentrate formulated for demanding heavy-duty cleaning tasks. EP22R delivers excellent cavitation and rapid soil removal while protecting ferrous and stainless metals when used as directed.

Powerful cavitation — removes carbon, grease, oil, soot, grinding & polishing residues.
Safe on ferrous metals, steel, stainless steel and chrome when diluted correctly.
Excellent for heavy contamination: castings, diesel injectors, bearings, sintered filters, drill taps, knives.
Good performance in industrial printing systems (anilox roll cleaning for litho & flexo).
Suitable / Not Suitable
Suitable for: Iron, steel, stainless steel, chrome, ceramic, heavily soiled ferrous components.
Not suitable for: Copper, tin, zinc, brass, aluminium, plated or soft metals (For iron & stainless steel only — see EP24R for aluminium).
Mixing & Operating Instructions
Fill the ultrasonic tank with clean water.
Add concentrate at 8–10% (approx. 1:12 to 1:9) depending on soil level (start at 8%).
Heat the bath to 45–70°C for best results (follow machine limits).
Run ultrasonic cycle until parts are clean. Agitate or repeat if heavily soiled.
Rinse treated parts thoroughly with clean water and dry.
Replace solution when visibly dirty or performance drops.
Best Practice & Safety
Always test first: trial a single part to confirm compatibility and final appearance.
Do not over-crowd the tank: parts must be spaced and not touching each other or the tank sides. Over-lapping or touching creates dead spots where cavitation cannot reach — this reduces cleaning performance and may cause uneven results.
Arrange parts evenly in the basket so all surfaces receive cavitation action.
Use suitable PPE — gloves and eye protection. Follow local COSHH / safety guidance.
Rinse with clean water after processing and neutralise if required for sensitive parts.

Concentrated formulation — designed for use in ultrasonic tanks only. Optimised for ferrous metals and heavy deposits; not intended for delicate plated finishes or some softer alloys. Store in a cool, dry place; keep out of reach of children.
