Directions for Use
Loosen the treadmill belt slightly to access the running deck underneath.
Clean the deck under the belt with a lint-free cloth to remove dust and debris.
Apply a thin, even line of silicone oil across the deck using the supplied syringe. Only a small amount is required.
Re-tighten the belt evenly.
Run the treadmill at a slow speed for a few minutes to allow the oil to spread.
Walk on the belt at a slow, steady pace for about 5 minutes to complete distribution and check belt alignment. Adjust if needed.
Recommended maintenance: lubricate every 100 hours of use, or monthly for general home use.
