Rust Converter & Primer Treatment for Metal – Converts Rust, Ready for Paint
This rust converter is designed to chemically convert remaining surface rust into a stable, paintable primer layer. It is intended for use on steel and iron surfaces where corrosion is present and complete removal is not practical.
What This Product Does
Chemically converts remaining surface rust
Neutralises corrosion and stabilises the metal
Creates a black / dark primer layer ready for painting
Helps prevent further rust formation when overcoated
IMPORTANT – Please Read Before Buying (Expectation Control)
Loose rust must be removed first. Flaking, scaling and loose corrosion must be wire-brushed or sanded back before application.
This is not a filler. It does not rebuild missing metal or fill holes.
Not a cosmetic paint. The converted surface must be overpainted for long-term protection.
Results depend on preparation. Poor surface prep will lead to poor results.
This product works by chemical conversion, not by covering rust.

How to Use (Summary)
Remove loose rust using a wire brush or abrasive.
Clean the surface to remove dust and grease.
Apply rust converter evenly by brush or sponge.
Allow to react and fully cure as instructed.
Once cured, overpaint with suitable primer or topcoat.
