Oxilixo is a ready-to-use, water-based rust conversion primer supplied in a convenient 4X750 ml trigger-spray bottle. Designed for rapid on-the-spot treatment of rusted steel and other metals, Oxilixo penetrates and chemically stabilises corrosion, creating a tough primer layer that accepts a wide range of topcoats.

Ready-to-use water-based rust converter and primer — no mixing required.
Converts rust into an insoluble, corrosion-resistant complex and blocks oxygen/water access to metal anodic/cathodic sites. Dries to a silver-grey / black semi-gloss finish.
Excellent adhesion to rusted steel, bare metal and many substrates — can be overcoated with epoxies, acrylics, alkyds, urethanes and more.
Surface-tolerant — can be applied to damp surfaces (surface must be free from standing water droplets).
Halogen-free, zinc-free formulation.

Technical / performance highlights
Practical coverage: approximately 7–10 m² per litre — roughly 5.25–7.5 m² for a 750 ml bottle (actual coverage varies with surface profile and application technique).
Typical appearance change: turquoise wet colour → dries silver-grey/black as conversion completes.
pH: approximately 3–5; Density: around 1.0–1.06 g/ml; Solid content: about 36–39 wt%; Viscosity: approx. 900–1600 mPa·s.
Directions for use (brief)
Remove loose scale, heavy rust, dirt, oil and grease; for best results use hand or power tool cleaning to remove loose material and flush salts/contaminants from the surface.
Shake and prime the trigger pump if needed, then spray or apply by brush/roller. Work the product well into the rust while wet. Do not rework once drying starts.
Recommended dry film thickness (DFT): about 1–1.5 mil for general use; 1.5–2 mil for heavy or marine use. Allow 1–3 hours before recoat where applicable; allow up to 12–24 hours to fully cure before top coating in specified cases.
Important use notes & storage
Ready to use — do not dilute for normal application. Consult technical guidance before attempting any dilution.
Clean tools with fresh water immediately after use.
Store between 10–25°C and away from direct sunlight. Read the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before handling.
