MSP BOND Masonry Protection Cream is a penetrating, water-repellent treatment designed to protect brick, stone and masonry from rain penetration and damp. Manufactured in the United Kingdom, this cream is applied directly to exterior masonry where it penetrates deep into the substrate, helping to form a long-lasting barrier against water ingress without altering the appearance of the surface.
This is a treatment, not a paint or surface coating. Once cured, it helps reduce water absorption while allowing walls to breathe naturally.
How It Works
The cream penetrates into the pores of masonry and reacts within the substrate to create a hydrophobic (water-repellent) barrier. Rainwater beads on the surface instead of soaking in, helping to reduce moisture retention that can lead to damp, staining and frost damage.
Because the treatment works below the surface, it does not form a visible film and does not change the colour or texture of brickwork once cured.

Coverage
Coverage depends on surface porosity and condition. As a general guide:
Approx. 5–7 m² per litre on standard brickwork
Highly porous substrates may require additional product
For best results, apply to clean, dry masonry.
Application
Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from surface contamination
Apply generously by brush, roller or low-pressure spray
Allow the cream to soak fully into the masonry
Do not apply during rain or when rain is forecast during curing
The cream is designed for single-coat application in most situations.
Finish & Appearance
Once cured, the treatment is invisible and does not leave a surface film. The natural appearance of the masonry is maintained while water repellency remains active.
