Description
This powerful, easy-to-use abrasive cutting compound is formulated to rectify a wide range of paint defects. It removes P1200 sanding marks, scratches and imperfections while reducing haze and swirl risk thanks to a smooth, balanced abrasive system. Its silicone-free composition leaves a contamination-free surface — perfect for paint correction and for preparing surfaces for follow-up polish or sealant.
Key Benefits
High Cutting Power — removes P1200 marks and medium scratches quickly.
Silicone-Free — safe for bodyshop processes and downstream coatings.
Fast & Efficient — reduces polish time and labour costs.
Versatile Use — works with rotary and DA machines or by hand.
Professional Finish — leaves a high-gloss, buffable surface.
How to Use (Pro Method)
Work out of direct sunlight on cool panels.
Shake container before use.
Apply ~6–8 pea-sized drops to the pad (adjust by condition/size).
Use steady even pressure; keep pad flat and move in overlapping passes until product hazes.
Wipe residue and buff with a clean microfibre cloth.
Follow with a refining polish or a sealant as needed.
Tip: Start at a low speed on DA polishers and increase if more cut is required. Use a cutting pad for heavy defects, then refine with a finishing pad.
Technical & Safety Notes
Silicone-free — safe for subsequent coatings.
Non-toxic when used as directed; avoid ingestion and prolonged skin contact.
Keep out of reach of children. SDS/TDS available on request.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can this remove deep scratches?
A: It removes many surface and shallow scratches; very deep gouges require filler and repainting.
Q: What pads should I use?
A: Use a heavy-cut foam or wool pad for deep defects, then refine with a soft finishing pad.
Q: Is this safe on ceramic coatings?
A: Aggressive compounds will cut coatings. Test first; use light refinement steps on ceramic-coated cars.
Q: How much coverage per bottle?
A: Coverage depends on defect severity; a 250 ml bottle covers multiple small repair panels—use larger sizes for workshop use.

Q1: Will this remove deep scratches from my paint?
A: It removes P1200 sanding marks, swirl marks, oxidation and light-to-medium scratches.
Deep gouges through the clearcoat may require filling or repainting — but this compound will dramatically improve most surface defects.
Q2: Can I use this with both a DA and rotary polisher?
A: Yes. It works perfectly with dual action (DA) and rotary polishers.
Use a heavy-cut pad for faster correction, then switch to a softer pad if you want to finish to a higher gloss.
Q3: Is this product safe for bodyshop use?
A: Absolutely. The formula is silicone-free, meaning it will not cause contamination, adhesion issues, or defects when applying paint, lacquer, or coatings afterwards.
Q4: Can I apply this by hand if I don’t have a machine polisher?
A: Yes — it can be applied manually using a microfiber or foam applicator.
Machine polishing will give the fastest cut, but hand application is ideal for small patches and tight areas.
Q5: Will this leave swirl marks or holograms?
A: No. The compound is designed to glide smoothly with a controlled abrasive action, reducing the risk of holograms or buffer trails.
For the highest clarity, follow with a fine finishing polish if required.
