Carbusonic Tankroxx is a high-build, 100% solids, solvent-free novolac epoxy resin coating engineered for extreme chemical and corrosion protection of steel and concrete. Designed for bund liners, tank linings, and chemical containment, Tankroxx forms a durable, impermeable barrier that withstands prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals – including acids – even in full immersion conditions.

Novolac epoxy coatings like Tankroxx are ideal for harsh chemical and solvent-resistant applications and are commonly used in secondary containment, solvent storage, pump pads, trenches, and other high-exposure areas.

Tankroxx creates a seamless, high-performance finish on properly prepared surfaces (steel or concrete) and meets strict environmental standards with zero VOC emissions. As a 2-part epoxy system, it cures to a tough film that resists corrosion, abrasion, and chemical attack. Cure Times At 20°C (68°F) the product will have the following cure times: Usable life 25 mins Minimum overcoating 4 hrs Maximum overcoating 12 hrs Water/ sea water immersion 4 days Chemical immersion 7 days
