1 L LanoBlack Motor Grease (black) with spray attachment
Key Benefits
Oxilixo converts rust into a stable iron complex and leaves a primed surface ready for paint or to be left as-is.
LanoBlack lanolin-based grease seals metal against moisture, salts and corrosive agents.
Fast drying and recoatable (recoat 1–3 hrs, full cure 12–24 hrs).
Marine-grade protection — performs in high humidity and a wide temperature range.
No full sandblasting required for most jobs — remove loose rust and contaminants only.
How to Use (See Gallery Images Above)
Surface prep: Remove loose rust, scale, oil and contaminants (SSPC-SP3). Rinse with fresh water.
Apply Oxilixo: Ready-to-use. Spray (airless tip 0.016–0.018″, 60° fan) or brush. Apply wet film 3–4 mils. Allow 1–3 hrs to recoat; 12–24 hrs full cure.
Apply LanoBlack: Warm container if stiff (>20 °C). Spray or brush onto primed areas to seal and protect. Reapply in high-exposure areas as needed.
Optional topcoat: Oxilixo accepts epoxy, acrylic, alkyd, vinyl or polyurethane after full cure; LanoBlack may be left as a protective finish.
